1. Introduction

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to Stratogenic AI Ltd.
• "User" refers to any individual or business accessing the platform.
• "AI-Generated Strategy Reports" are business insights created by our AI system.
• "Subscription Plans" refer to paid access for AI-driven strategy services.
• "PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) Services" allow users to purchase one-off reports without a subscription.

3. Service Description

Stratogenic AI provides: ✅ AI-Generated Business Strategy Reports (One-time or Subscription). ✅ AI-Powered Business Insights tailored to leadership styles. ✅ Follow-up AI Strategy Refinements (for deeper strategy customization). ✅ Document Upload & AI Analysis (for businesses that need in-depth market insights).

User Acknowledgment:

• AI-generated insights are advisory only and not legally binding.
• AI recommendations should be verified before making business decisions.
• Stratogenic AI does not offer regulated financial or legal consulting services.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Subscription Plans (Monthly & Annual):

• Users are billed automatically based on the selected plan.
• Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are not issued for partial months.

PAYG (One-Time Reports, Strategy Refinements):

• Users pay a one-time fee per AI-generated report.
• Follow-ups are charged separately unless included in a subscription plan.
• Once a report is generated, it cannot be refunded.

Pricing Changes:

• Users will be notified 30 days in advance of any pricing changes.
• Early adopters retain original pricing for a fixed period unless otherwise stated.

• Sales Tax Compliance (US Users)
• Sales tax is calculated based on the user’s location at checkout.
• State laws determine tax rates for digital services.

5. User Accounts & Access

Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per user or business entity is allowed.

Account Security:

• Users must keep login credentials secure.
• Stratogenic AI is not responsible for unauthorized access due to weak passwords.

Account Termination:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies.
• Users may request account deletion at any time.

Banned Activities:

AI Model Data Usage

• AI-generated reports are stored to improve AI accuracy but never resold.
• Users can request data deletion at any time.

Third-Party Integrations

• We use Stripe for payment processing (no payment details stored on our servers).
• External AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) process user queries under strict privacy conditions.
• GDPR & CCPA Data Rights
• UK/EU users can request data deletion under GDPR via their account settings.
• US users can opt out of AI training data under CCPA by contacting support@stratogenic.com.
• AI-generated reports are stored securely and never resold or shared.

User Refinement

• Users can provide additional input to improve AI recommendations.

8. Limitations & Disclaimers

AI-Generated Reports Are Not Guaranteed to Be 100% Accurate

• AI provides general business insights, not tailored legal or financial advice.
• Users should verify AI recommendations before making business decisions.

Liability Disclaimer

• Stratogenic AI is not liable for any business decisions made using AI-generated insights.
• We do not guarantee financial success based on AI reports.
• AI-generated reports do not guarantee success. Business outcomes depend on execution, industry conditions, and external factors.
• Stratogenic AI provides automated strategic insights, not financial, legal, or investment advice.
• Under FTC regulations, no income guarantees or "get rich quick" statements are made.
• Users are responsible for validating AI recommendations before making business decisions.

Availability of Services

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
• Users will be notified in advance if major service changes occur.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription Cancellation:

• Users can cancel at any time via the account settings page.
• No refunds for partial months.

PAYG Refund Policy:

• No refunds once AI-generated reports have been delivered.
• If an error occurs (e.g., system failure, corrupted report), a free retry is provided.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction:

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
