3. 🧠 AI-Specific Disclosures

All AI responses are generated using OpenAI’s GPT models via API.
Your prompt data is not used to train OpenAI's models, per their API terms.

We retain responses temporarily in Redis cache and optionally in your account history for user access and follow-up chaining. You can delete this history by request.

Uploaded files are only stored for processing and cached temporarily unless linked to a report.

All platform data is encrypted in transit (TLS).

Payments are processed directly via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

We follow industry best practices (Docker container isolation, rate limiting, auth tokens, etc.)
