What you are agreeing to.

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using any Stratogenic application, including Unfold by Stratogenic and Still by Stratogenic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

These terms are between you and Stratogenic AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. What the products are

Stratogenic products are behavioural support tools designed to reduce the cost of first movement in specific life domains. They are not medical devices, clinical services, or substitutes for professional advice.

• Unfold by Stratogenic helps with personal mobilisation, finding one concrete next step toward a goal.
• Still by Stratogenic supports the transition into sleep through small, low-effort evening actions.

Neither product should be used as a substitute for medical, clinical, psychological, or psychiatric support. If you are in a health crisis or emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

3. Free and paid tiers

Each product is available in two tiers:

• Dignity - the free core of the product. It is complete and fully functional without payment.
• Depth - a paid subscription that adds longer memory, continuity, and more exact adaptation over time.

The Dignity tier is not degraded, time-limited, or otherwise diminished if you do not subscribe to Depth.

4. Subscriptions

Depth subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed by Apple or Google under their terms and conditions. Stratogenic AI Ltd does not directly process payments.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

Prices are shown in the app at the point of purchase and may vary by region. Stratogenic AI Ltd may revise pricing with reasonable advance notice. Any price change does not apply until the start of your next billing period.

Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's refund policies. Stratogenic AI Ltd does not issue refunds directly for App Store or Play Store purchases.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the products for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any product
• Use the products in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or damage our servers or infrastructure
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the products without written consent from Stratogenic AI Ltd

6. Content you provide

You retain ownership of any goal text or personal content you enter into the products. By using the action generation feature, you grant Stratogenic AI Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the purpose of generating your requested action, including transmission to our AI processing infrastructure.

You are responsible for the content you enter. Do not enter information that you are not entitled to share.

7. Intellectual property

All product design, engine logic, copy, and brand elements are owned by Stratogenic AI Ltd or its licensors. Stratogenic, Unfold by Stratogenic, Still by Stratogenic, and associated marks are trademarks of Stratogenic AI Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in those marks or materials.

8. No warranty

The products are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Stratogenic AI Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose, accuracy of suggested actions, or uninterrupted availability.

Suggestions generated by the products are support tools, not instruction. We do not guarantee that any suggestion will be effective, appropriate to your specific situation, or free from error.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stratogenic AI Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the products, including loss of data, health outcomes, financial decisions, or relationship decisions made in reliance on product suggestions.

Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period will not exceed the amount you paid for a Depth subscription in that period, or GBP 10, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by English law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the products at any time by deleting the app. Paid subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play.

We may suspend or terminate access to a product if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the product. We will give reasonable advance notice of any planned discontinuation.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the apps before they take effect. Continued use after notice of a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

If you are based in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
